Samantha M. Levin

Samantha Levin practices in the areas of estate and trust administration, including probate, along with estate planning. Samantha concentrates on issues involving heirship in decedent's estates.

Samantha earned her Juris Doctor from the John Marshall Law School in 2014, with Dean's List Honors and received a CALI Award for excellence in Estate and Trusts. During law school, Samantha served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Mary Ellen Coghlan, Presiding Judge of the Circuit Court of Cook County Probate Division and the Honorable Grace Dickler, Presiding Judge of the Domestic Relations Division. Prior to law school, Samantha earned her bachelor's degree in Sociology and Business from Indiana University.

Samantha is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association. She is a Chicago native and is fluent in Russian.
